At Kangaroo Kids, we want you and your little ones to love every purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible so you can get back to what matters most.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
